1. Payment Terms
Payments for digital marketing services are due upon completion of the agreed-upon work and after the client has reviewed and verified the deliverables to their satisfaction, in accordance with the agreed payment terms.
2. Refund Policy
Once payment has been made for completed and approved services, no refunds will be issued. Clients are encouraged to review all deliverables carefully before approving the work and making payment.
3. Cancellation Policy
Clients may request cancellation of digital marketing services by providing written notice. Cancellation requests will be reviewed based on the stage of the project, the work already completed, and the terms agreed upon between the client and the service provider.
Any outstanding payments for work completed before cancellation remain payable in accordance with the service agreement.
4. Work in Progress
If a cancellation request is submitted while work is in progress, the client may be responsible for payment for the work completed up to the effective date of cancellation, as specified in the applicable service agreement.
5. Third-Party Expenses
Payments made to third-party platforms or service providers, including advertising platforms, hosting providers, domain registrars, and software subscriptions, are subject to the respective third party’s refund policies. Such expenses are non-refundable by our business once incurred, unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by applicable law.
6. Client Approval and Satisfaction
Clients are responsible for reviewing the completed deliverables and communicating any concerns before approving the work and making payment. We will make reasonable efforts to address concerns in accordance with the agreed scope of services.
7. Policy Exceptions
Exceptions to this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available to clients under applicable law.
